Abilities of our Wire EDM Machines

Precision Cutter & Tools use of Fanuc wire machines utilize the latest  Wire EDM technology in the industry, which allows us to cut workpieces more accurately and in a timely manner. With the use of our Fanuc Robocut machines we can cut workpieces up to 4,400 lbs. with a height of up to 12" and part dimensions of up to 31" x 23". Our machines can run up to 140 hours of unmanned machining time allowing for the quickest turnaround in the industry.

Edm Drilling Machine, Edm drilling

EDM Drill

Our EDM drill using the latest technology can drill sizes from 3mm to 0.1mm with a depth of up to 11" with accurate locations and depths with the use of it's CNC technology. 

At Precision Cutter & Tool with the use of our Wire EDM department we can cut to the tightest part tolerances, and also with the use of the 5 axis we can cut 3 dimensional parts with an angle of 0-45°.
