With our Zeiss Contura automatic CMM machine, we inspect parts and products before they leave our facilities. The CMM can reach accuracies of a micron, to clarify any part tolerance given by our customers. The Zeiss is calibrated yearly and used to certify all measuring tools and gauges in the shop. Our Zeiss is also used to measure parts that need reverse engineered.

The software use with the Zeiss (Calypso) allows us not only to show the accurate points taken in 3D, but also allows us to achieve best fit scenarios to remanufacture damaged surfaces to reduce cost of what would have been a lost or scrapped out part. Our customers in the Aerospace industry have used our company for exactly this and many other services as well.

If the part or assembly is too large to be used with the Zeiss Contura, Renshaw software and probes on our CNC mills work in conjunction with the Calypso software as well to achieve accuracy and Quality reports.
