Creaform 3d  scanner, 3d scanning, reverse engineering parts, reverse engineering tool and die

Laser Scanning

With the use of our Handy SCAN Creaform 3D laser scanner, we can scan parts with a size range of up to 13 feet with an accuracy of 0.0009 inches (0.025 mm), and design components when CAD files are not available. It also allows Precision Cutter & Tools designers to reverse engineer critical parts even if they have been used in rugged and harsh enviroments.

Scan to Model

From the scanned data we create a model to either manufacture or to use as a design tool to create tooling to make the product.
